What are standard check out and check in time for this Rome hotel?
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

Can I have a late check out?
Please contact us directly should you have any specific time constraints.

How many people can stay in one room?
Extra person charges may apply depending on hotel policy. Some rooms are able to accommodate 4 people.

What is the cost of putting an extra bed in the room?
There is a supplement on the price of a double room for each extra bed. Rollaway beds are available.

Is it possible to book a double room for single use?

Yes, it is possible. Double room for single use rate is reduced  respect to a double room.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
 
Do you have special facilities and services available for disabled travelers?
Yes, we have rooms on every  floor of our Rome hotel, specially equipped for disabled travelers, guaranteeing complete access to the hotel and all its services.
The rooms are available on request, with no additional charge, but subject to availability.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Smoking and no smoking rooms are available.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?
Full Buffet Breakfast is included in all rates
 
Do I have to pay extra taxes?
No, taxes and service charges are also included.

Cancellation charges

Reservations are held until 05 PM unless the hotel is notified of late arrival.
All bookings made directly on the Quirinale website can be cancelled with no penalty fee if guests notify the hotel before 4pm of the day preceding the arrival date. Late cancellation fee is equal to the cost of the first night’s stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers. They also do not apply to bookings made through third parties (agencies and tour operators, etc). Please refer to the conditions specified in your contract.

Do special offers have a different cancellation policy?
Yes, reservations made using our special offers can not be modified or cancelled as soon as they have been confirmed. Once your booking is made we will charge the total amount on the credit card entered on the booking form. For any other special offer, please refer to the related cancellation policy.

Does the hotel offer Internet access?

Yes, all rooms have an Internet connection. There is also an access point to Wi-Fi in the lobby.

How much does the internet connection cost?
Costs for Wi-Fi throughout the rest of the hotel are: € 5 for 3 hours and € 12 for 24 hours.

Do you have a pet policy?
Guests may bring small pets for advanced bookings. Pets are only allowed in guest rooms. Pet fees are 10 euro per day plus 30 euro final cleaning costs.
